DELIVERY
Vélo New Gear will deliver within 2 to 5 days after the order is placed through our shop. We will be happy to send you the tracking number when requested. The bikes will be shipped in their original box and NOT ASSEMBLED. Despite the fact that assembly is fairly easy and quick, Vélo New Gear recommends that you have your bike assembled by a professional.
2. Delivery of your parts
Vélo New Gear will deliver within 2 to 5 days after the order is placed through our shop. The transport price decreases according to the quantity of products purchased. We will be happy to send you the tracking number when requested.
3-General delivery
Vélo New Gear is not responsible for order errors, we ask the buyer to carefully validate the contents of his basket. In the event that an error is made, contact Vélo New Gear as soon as possible and we will do everything possible to make the change.
WARRANTY
Vélo New Gear offers a three-part guarantee on its bikes:
Our frames are guaranteed against manufacturing / material defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase from the original owner. Proof of identification will be required during the claim.
2. Components of your bike:
All components are guaranteed against material and / or manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) month from the date of purchase.
3-Terms of the limited warranty:
This limited warranty applies only to the original owner of the bicycle and is not transferable to the following owners. Proof of purchase will be required upon claim. The warranty is void if the bicycle is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, modification, accident or any other abnormal, excessive or inappropriate use. The warranty does not apply to punctures, brake wear, aesthetic damage, to bikes which have been modified or whose parts are not original. The warranty on bikes is only valid for bikes assembled by Vélo New Gear, Only the warranty for frames and forks applies to bikes assembled by the owner.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We hope that your purchases made at VÉLO NEW GEAR give you complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you can return any UNUSED merchandise to us within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your shipment. The product must be kept in its ORIGINAL condition and packaging. All items must be in perfect condition, which means that the item has not been assembled and / or used. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Handling fees may apply. Outside the 7 days of receipt, all products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If a returned product is damaged due to negligent packaging by the customer, no refund will be given and the item will not be returned.
1-Defective or damaged products
After receiving your package, you will have 7 days to communicate with us and report a damaged or defective product. We will replace the defective item as soon as possible without shipping costs for return or exchange. Please note that Vélo New Gear inspects all bikes / parts / wheels before delivery in order to maintain the highest quality standards.
MODIFICATION PRICE
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. We are not responsible to you or to a third party for any modification, price change, etc. In the event that the actual price and the displayed price of a product differ (e.g. display error), Vélo New Gear will inform you within 24 hours of purchase. You will be reimbursed for the value paid.
